One Million Kids Compaign

One Million Kids Compaign is a one year drive to raise $100 for each poor child in Kenya going to primary school. Poverty in children has extensively affected childrens' attendance and participation in school thereby depriving them of a basic right to education. Proceedings from the compaign will go to school supplies such as backpacks, books, pencils and uniforms. Povery in children which is often due to loss of parents, poor family, abuse of children and commonly extended droughts in many parts of Kenya has adversely denied children from progressing in school. Your support to this compaign can change a life for  ever!. Please join us in making change!

This study identifies and examines the factors contributing to such conflicts, and discusses issues and priorities for conflict prevention and peace building. On the basis of this examination, a number of conclusions and recommendations are proposed on ways in which the stakeholders could contribute to the concerted efforts of curbing violent conflicts involving pastoralists in Kenya.
